Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dubai Cleanify. By booking a service with us (via website, phone, or WhatsApp), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message (Email/WhatsApp) from our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unexpected circumstances (e.g., staff illness, vehicle breakdown). In such cases, we will inform you immediately.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. However, to respect our staff's time, we have the following policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for free if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of AED 50 to cover travel and scheduling costs.
  • No-Show: If our team arrives at your location and cannot gain access, a full service charge may apply.

3. Payments

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. For online bookings, you may be charged securely in advance or upon booking confirmation.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved under our cancellation policy, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

4. Liability & Damages

Our team is trained to handle your belongings with care. However, accidents can happen.

  • Breakage: In the rare event of damage caused by our staff, Dubai Cleanify will repair the item or provide compensation up to a maximum limit of AED 200 (or 2x the service cost, whichever is lower).
  • Valuables: Please secure cash, jewelry, and expensive electronics before our team arrives. We are not responsible for unsecured valuables.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any part of the cleaning, you must inform us within 24 hours of the service.
  • We will return to re-clean the specific area free of charge. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed and accepted.
